We want you to completely disconnect. For starters, trade your blues for turquoise - the colour of the clearest water on island lapping just at an arm's reach in Pristine Cove. Jump from our bridge, explore the cave, and then check out a mask & snorkel from the Pool Bar and gaze on the brain coral and fish just below. Or stay right where you are and simply soak in the sights. Whatever your speed, we have something to match.
PSILOCYBIN SOUNDBATH
Rockhouse Hotel in Negril, has introduced a new weekly Psilocybin Soundbath, a two-hour wellness journey that incorporates the healing powers of plant medicine with meditation, breathwork and sound therapy. The session kicks off with a brief presentation on the benefits of psilocybin, followed by an optional microdose from Patoo Chocolate, a local brand that offers premium chocolate bars crafted with Jamaican cacao and infused with a unique local strain of indigenous psilocybin fungi, which is legal in Jamaica.
CANDLE MAKING
Learn the basics of candle making from the Negril Candle Company. Located on the Rockhouse Property across the road from the hotel, at the class you will be creating your own container, recycling a bottle, choosing your own fragrance, setting your wick, and blending and pouring your own personalize candle to take home with you.
YOGA
Everyday at 8am join our open, one-hour classes of Hatha Yoga, lyengar style conducted in our poolside Yoga Pavillion with views to the crystal blue horizon. Classes are structured to encompass all levels, welcoming beginners and challenging more advanced yogis. The Iyengar method places special focus on developing strength, endurance and correct body alignment in addition to flexibility and relaxation. Classes are led by our master yogi Fanette Johnson, who has over thirty years of instruction experience, teaching for many years in New York, and for over twenty years at Rockhouse.
