The Garden Villa rooms are individual, thatched-roof cottages like the Waterfront Villas but are set back from the cliffs with partial water views. As with all the guest rooms at Rockhouse they are air conditioned. They feature spacious, wrap around, private terraces and sliding glass doors. Each of the Garden Villas has a CD player and private, enclosed, outdoor showers open to the skies, in addition to the standard room features. All have queen-size beds and accommodate two people. In addition to the queen bed downstairs, have a double bed and a twin bed upstairs and can accommodate up to four people in each room.

Room furniture includes a four post queen size bed with mosquito netting, bed side tables, desk/dresser with mirror and stool, and a two-seated table with chairs for in-room dining. This is a new furniture line specifically designed for Rockhouse and built from dressed and polished local timbers. Amenities include a room safe, a fully stocked mini bar, telephones with overseas direct dialing, luggage rack, hanging space with wood hangers, overhead or oscillating stand fan, and air conditioning. The pressurized water system with master tank storage, and power provision from the back-up generators ensure continuous service. Environmentally conscious, solar hot water is heated throughout the property, with local hot water tank backup for those very rare cloudy days, or unusually high consumption.
